    The problem is this is only a bargain if the people that make your drink are lucky enough to make it properly.

    I get about a 50% success rate…

    (not that starbucks etc do much better)

      I used to work at GJ's in Albany, and we made every drink perfectly. Here in Perth they bang them out SO quickly, and rarely even bother to mix the cold drinks properly/at all… it sucks.

    Can I ask Perth people what the go is with ordering a long Macchiato over there? You either get a puzzled expression or they make you a latte (even if it's on the menu). Do Perth people have a different idea of what a Macchiato is?
