My issue is with Logitech quality.
What's the concierge credit?
When you buy an extended warranty, you get the same value back to use over 2 years in Concierge credit.
Before anyone gets judgey, I bought an extended warranty for a dishwasher at my rental home. It includes full replacement of the unit (pick up and take away) if it breaks down. The credit was just cream on top.
Makes sense getting the warranty if you get store credit for the price that you paid for warranty. Otherwise….neverrrrrrr!

My understanding is that the most recent credit was a bonus offer, in addition to the existing three $20 store credits per year.

Yes, it is a "learnable" remote as well as being programmable.
This must be a better buy than the over-priced Logitech ones.
We got a cheaper model Logitech all-in-one remote, and after a few years the buttons just started quickly failing one-by-one.
Now most of the buttons have failed and it is due to be thrown out.
Very disappointing considering it’s retail price.
