    How long do you expect the battery pack to last before this speaker ends up in the garbage along with most other bluetooth speakers?

      My Tronsmart speakers from 2 years ago are still going strong 😉 All batteries have a recharge cycle before they start degrading but that usually doesn't start kicking in for years.

        Batteries degrade? No kidding. That's the point. Built in obsolescence. No excuse for not making these things so that batteries can be replaced. Wife's very good sounding JBL didn't last for 2 years. Needless to say we wouldn't touch any of them again with a 40'barge pole.

      I have a Tronsmart Element T6, have had it for over a year and use it quite a bit - brilliant for the price and battery lasts ages. Great device. Would recommend it over other brands that cost twice the price.
