  These are ok. Bought just before Xmas at about $34/$35.
  Battery lasts my 12 hour shift.
  The only gripe, is the ear buds (rubber) come off very easily. I've lost three, and although they come with a variety of sizes, I only use the one ear piece now, due to this.
  Not so much a warranty fault, but rather, something to be careful of. I only wear these at work, so they get used almost everyday and handled a bit roughly
