    How accurate is this?

      In terms of body composition, not very. Bioelectrical impedance can show large fluctuations in fat% based on water intake, food and salt intake, exercise schedule, etc.

      Who knows if it measures weight correctly.

      For weight yes i have compared against other scales. For the other stuff it reads I haven't compared with anything else. BMI seemed to read correctly from measurements.

    These are great scales, I used these and another set side by side and the reading was the same. So they are either accurate or both sets out. One thing about these are the platform is a bit small than my previous set.the measurements are on the listing somewhere, check that against your feet. I probably would have looked for a larger size had I checked. None the less, they work well and I’m happy. Had mine since about Jan 2019

      Is there any way to use with with multiple people? As in track each person's weight individually so the graphs make sense? I had one previously that had a "stand on one foot to select the person" method previously but I'm assuming this doesn't have that.

        yes its very simple.

        the app automatically pairs to the scale when you open the app. i.e. when you want to record to your personal phone, simply open the app and step on the scales

        person b would do the same.

    Do these cheap scales follow standards?

    i.e. can I use it directly with Samsung, Fitbit, Apple, and Google Fit apps?

    edit: apparently not, unlike most BT devices, including heart-rate chest-straps. Proprietary interface.
    I know the body-fat measurement is just a gimmick, but is the weight accurate? They claim very high precision, but precision is not accuracy.

      I have these and the weight automatically updates to my Fitbit account and then propogates through to Strava.

      Great scales for the price. Mine seem to be accurate when bench marked to other sets.

    I have the black set of these, haven't had them for long but like them a lot so far. They give a more consistent measurement than my Fitbit Aria scales (which can fluctuate a fair bit from one reading to the next) and weigh ~0.1kg different.

    In terms of accuracy, BIA is not accurate but if you use it under the same conditions it can be a good indicator of overall trends.
