  • Meh / Spigen has a similar product for the same price on eBay. I can’t post the link here.

    I don’t think this is a deal.

    • Spigen's cheapest wireless charger is $74.99. We are also offering free next day express shipping Australia wide! Enjoy the weekend!

Why the hell would I want to slip a Qi charger in my pocket? I still have to bring the AC adapter and cable to power it. If I'm going to charge something on the go I'll just bring the fast charger AC adapter and USB cable so it charges quickly.

You don't need a AC adapter to use the UltraSlim. Any USB port is suffice to charge your phone. A lot of people want to be able to bring a wireless phone charger with them to work or on holiday and the ULtraSlim is a perfect size to slip in your handbag, pocket ect. :)

Any USB port is suffice to charge your phone.

No, it's not. Most modern phones don't charge from a normal 500mA USB port because it doesn't provide enough current. Combine that with the efficiency of wireless charging (75%-80%) and you can guarantee that a 375mA-400mA current is not going to be anywhere near enough to charge any modern phone.

he said 'AC Adpator'. And im pretture sure 'Any USB port' will not be suffice to even initiate charging if it doesnt output the required 5v/2A that the wireless port requires.

      • you'll need an 18w qc3 adapter if you want to charge your phone at 10w. If I'm not at home or office, I would just charge my phone directly using this qc3 adapter, not the wireless pad.

If I want a portable Qi charger I would rather get a slim power bank with Qi charging, for example Kogan 10,000mAh which is cheaper than this. At least you don't need to find a power point.

I'm not sure if I've ever said that my current wireless charger is too thick, but each to their own

  • Hi guys..Are these wireless chargers faster than cable charging?
    Regards

    • +2

      No.

    • Depends on your power adapter. But ultimately the maximum capacity of wireless charger is much less than cable charger

    • Hi, charging with a cable will always be slightly faster but the ULtraslim, used with our fast charging adapter is still very fast and convenient. Once you've transitioned to wireless charging you will find it hard to go back to using a cable. Enjoy your weekend.

    at only 3.4mm thick,

thank god, my current wireless charger is 3.8mm thick and soooo bulky.

    • Every millimeter counts! :)

  • +1

being super thin for wireless charger isn't necessarily a good thing, it's gonna be hard to stay in 10w when it gets overheated. that's why some thick ones actually have a fan inside.

    • Thanks for your comment. Our wireless chargers are Qi certified which means they go through rigorous safety testing before they get the Qi stamp of approval. Plus with our 2 year warranty you can rest assured our products are of top quality and not a cheap knock off.

      • personal opinion, wireless charging is never about thickness, your company probably taking the wrong path on this thing.

no thank you, no point to buy this, ridiculous product with ridiculous price, no one neg this make me wonder !?

    • I agree, this is almost the least OzBargainy post I've ever seen.

A Qi charger for $50? Holy crap. Also, your website has one for $104.95 that only has one coil!

Gotta neg it, this is against the entire spirit of OzBargain
