Another scoopon issue! / They like to copy and paste their emails dont they?

Okay i have another issue thats similar to the Mocean problem before.

I bought this coupon last year to use for my Melbourne trip.
It's a massage / facial etc.

Anyway after buying the coupon i called the place to make a booking… to my horror they were booked out.. i thought it was strange for a place to be fully booked during the week!

It was valid for 6 months so i thought i'd go back to Melboure.. instead my friends did and i gave it to them - booked out ..

So i gave it to my other friend who moved to Melbourne.. fully booked.

She called so many times with the same answer.

Now come on!

I've been emailing Scoopon for the past few weeks.. i've been dealing with Michelle or Helen.. cant remeber.. it's been about 5-6 emails back and forth and all of a sudden a max replies to me with the most generic email saying bla bla subject availability blaa bla unable to refund the coupon bla bla contact us if there is anything else ( i could work for scoopon!)

Uttter BS because my friends and I have tried to book so many times!!! and now its about to expire in a few weeks and they are 100% booked.. i wont be surprised if they are about to close and are chucking a Mocean ( fully booked / refuses scoopon customers then close down)

Its 89 each x 2… so its quite a bit of money

    Wait outside their office and call them and if they say it's fully booked, tell them that you're standing outside and it looks empty :p

    but do u really want to use a service that doesn't want to serve you!
    you'll be lucky if they do a halfassed job, if you do manage to force a booking out of them.

    Scoopons so shit i have to say. No other group buy sites have had nearly as many problems as scoopon.

    Maybe time for scoopon to develop a stronger scoopon-retailer relationship.

      I can't remember seeing a higher % of complaints in any industry than what Scoopon gets here in the group buying market. It's a shame so many people have to go public before they get a satisfactory service.
