      me either. I have an old account from before ebay had a .au - I'm wondering if it has something to do with that for me. All the reminder notices,etc take me to the ebay.com site, despite my account address,etc being Australia.

        i found the vouchers seemed to expire before they are meant to i had one expire 13th when it said 14th so i complained it expired before it said it did and it was reissued without any hesitation via email didn't have to talk to live chat and didn't get any notification just was re added so definitely worth a shot

    Cool…I don't use the website for eBay as I just use the app on my phone BUT can never tell if I have qualified for something like this because I can never find it. If someone knows where on the app this would likely be shown (of course you have to qualify for it,I know) that'd be awesome help!

    If not for your heads up would have missed it as only a couple of days left expiry.

    Must be for accounts that aren't used much as message with coupon code said something like here's $10 because we miss you.
