So I washed my WRX the other day using a cloth I thought would be fine and it scratched up the bonnet :( hard lesson to learn…
Anyway, seems the easiest way to fix this is to wrap the bonnet. Does anyone have an approx price guide as to how much this should realistically cost so I don’t get ripped off?
Also, if anyone has any recommendations for places in Canberra that would be really helpful.

They don't look that deep, but I took it to get a cut/polish and whatever else and it made a small difference but unfortunately didn't fix it.
That's unfortunate. Then wrap or respray the only option.
Do you have a photo? It must be pretty deep if they couldn't compound it out. Next time, make sure to high pressure spray as much dirt off as possible before hand washing.
Don't know anywhere, but for just the hood which I'm assuming has a scoop (increased difficulty), around $300-400.
I'd send pics to a detailer and ask for their opinion first, could be an easy fix or the brand of cut and polish you're using
Are the scratches so deep a good cut and polish couldn't fix it.
