[eBay Plus] Gigabyte RTX 2060 6GB WINDFORCE Gaming $494.10 Delivered @ Computer Alliance eBay

270
PULL10

With todays 10% off ebay code it brings this near or possibly even the cheapest price locally to date. Not sure the product name is entirely accurate for the ebay listing, specs of 1770mhz with 100mm fans i believe would make it the "Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 Windforce OC 6GB".

Looks like is also possible to get choice of 1 game via nVidia redemption.

Powered by GeForce RTX 2060. Core Clock 1770 MHz. Integrated with 6GB GDDR6 192-bit memory interface. WINDFORCE 2X Cooling System with alternate spinning fans. 100mm unique blade fans. Protection back plate. 1 x HDMI, 3 x DisplayPort

EDIT: 19/03 9:45AM updated with new 10% code for today PULL10.

Thanks to johndoe for the original 10% off Sitewide @ eBay ($120 Min Spend, $200 Max Discount) post

  • No computer alliance no…. Oh wait.

  • Any know any good sub-$200 cards with this sale? Ideally Nvidia.

    • Basic gaming? Or htpc?

      • Both. Bit of hardware transcoding for Plex in addition to wanting to try a bit of game streaming. Usually use my Xbox for gaming.

(Hence why ideally Nvidia, because using Moonlight would be convenient)

waiting for 15% or 20% but thanks for posting…

    • +2

That would be nice, usually components get price jacked a bit when those discounts appear (not saying CA do, just a general note). Its cheaper than when CA they had their last 15% off the other week for what its worth.

      • +1

Almost $40 cheaper if I'm not mistaken!

This is 14% off global RRP for the card… and 10% off global MSRP for the GPU.

I mean there should be a significant price drop in say 3-4 months, but this is about as good as you'll see between now and then. The drop will be to match up with the top of the range Navi, which allegedly will be USD $250-350 MSRP (likely at $300), and this is an equivalent price of USD $320.

I'd say it's worth buying now if your current card is ready to retire.

    Free game on top!!

    • Did i miss that? Which one?

        • Currently, metro exodus is around $80 which makes this card at most $410. It's a steal but I already have a 1070 :/

      • Might want to add that to deal description so people are aware

        • less than 40mins before it expires, i reckon the ship has sailed :)

@Xizor: Oh far out. I keep forgetting these eBay deals are 1 day only.
            My bad

@smogg: All good! I've been procrastinating over what GPU upgrade (from RX480) for weeks… took me all night to convince myself but just pulled the trigger on this a few mins ago. Looks like a few other lurkers have as well.

              • @Xizor: Am also in the rx480 boat looking to upgrade for 1440p gaming… May play it patient for the Navi release

                • @SevenSmurfs: rx580 8gb are in the $280 to $320 mark for retail versions at the moment (not mining package or mining firmware) at the moment and get 2 games … replaced my rx470 with rx580 sapphire for $299 with 2 games at scorptec.

                  • +2

@garage sale: Good value but not so much if coming from a RX480. Its only about 5-10% performance increase yet more power.. and the $ outlay. Need to go to Vega within AMD or RTX fro nVidia for the bang for buck to be worth it at the moment.

  • Has anyone had their card ship yet?

    • +1

      Yes, i got mine today.

      • I was notified on Monday that it was sent, but the tracking hasn't moved passed shipping information being confirmed.

I'm used to CA being fairly speedy with all this… what state?

        • +1

NSW inner metro. Got disbatch tracking yesterday, arrived this afternoon. Surprised to see you nabbed one!

          • @Xizor: I was well overdue for an upgrade, just wanted pricing to settle. USD$320 equivalent pricing is more than fair for a good quality dual fan card. :)

Should be able to get 1440p144hz for everything that needs it with this!

            • @jasswolf: Nice. I now need a monitor that can do more than 60hz…. tempted to get that Dell s2719dgf (using a 4k TN now anyway) but havent pulled the trigger

              • @Xizor: Yeah I'm a bit back and forth on that, especially when it's regularly on sale in the US for $300.

More 1440p144hz monitors with the 2019 AUO TN panel (wide colour gamut, faster response times) should be appearing in April. I figure it's worth waiting to see how those shape up.
