Best Heavy Duty Monochrome (Black & White) Laser Printers

Hello ozbargain,
We are seeking a heavy duty (more than 5K per month) monochrome laser printer that is also cost effective.
I.e. We are not too worry about the cost of the actual printer, but more concerned with the cost per page.

Does anyone have any experience or recommendations?

    I've always found Brother laser printers to be well made and (with generic toners and drums) cheap to run.

    I just checked their web site and using the filters, only two models came up that match your requirements - the HL-L6200DW and the HL-L6400DW. I don't have any direct experience with either model, just with other Brother models.

      Thanks. I have the HLL6200DW, its cheap to run, however I find that the compatible toners & drums tend to not work well.
      The genuine ones are quite expensive.

      I would always buy a Brother printer.
