I wouldnt say "get off".
But these canned tomatoes are great.
Less watery than "generic" homebrand.
@ 59cents it is great.
I will be stocking up to add to the current stash from the last 60cents annalisa can deal in december
Yep, the beans are nicer than Coles brand and beans are part of what the dietician has drawn up for me ……one can per day ….also part of the good guy diet CSIRO …
Yeah it really dices my tomatoes if you know what I mean.
Everyone loves diced legumes
How does this compare to the Aldi ones?
Less watery. More tomato. I'd certainly choose these ovet aldi's
Most IGA are small so hard to find a store where you can buy by the slab and they have large stocks ….
Put them together and its cheap farts around the campfire.
If you keep buying cheap foreign fruits and veg, say goodbye to the only cannery we have left in Oz - SPC
Why? Organisations are chasing their dollar regardless of our circumstances, so we should chase our dollar and spend where we wish to spend.
This "Cheap foreign fruits and veg" may not be so cheap. If you stand by your comment, I dont think you have tried it.
Our food growers, farmers and producers are all being squeezed by the supermarket monopoly we have here in Oz - so be careful what you wish for. I would rather a sustainable food industry in Australia than be forced to buying from overseas if our growers and farmers decide they cannot continue. That's why I'm against the aggressive major stores price matching, undercutting (Bunnings) because it will eventually eliminate competition - not so cheap now huh…
As I said, be careful what you wish for - what is cheap now will only return in time to bite you on ya ass due to the decline of competition.
Nah its already monopolised, so nothing will change.
Yep this is usual Annalisa dumping.
& BPA free cans. I wish other manufacturers would follow their lead.
who says they are BPA free? I opened a can of tomatoes ones last week, it was lined with plastic…
actually it says on the label lol
they must use a bpa free plastic…there is certainly no b in plastic.
Do people really get off on this deal? not bagging just curious.
