  Any trick on getting the discount. I was quoted the same amount as per the website.
  They dont make it easy to purchase - chat session to a Dell rep, then an invoice sent which has to be responded to by 'fax or mail' !

    The discount is built into the price displayed. I was looking at the outlet site earlier this week, and the same monitor is $20 cheaper today, which is ~10%.

    You don't need to send a fax or mail, but you do need to open a chat session, then you are prompted to enter credit cards details etc.

    (Edit: I'm not sure how/if the OP is getting $98.10 for a $109 listed monitor.)

  Careful when buying a monitor. YOu only get 1 yr warranty from the Outlet as opposed to 3 years.

  Even thought none were shown for 109$, I went to the Desktop Support and they prepared an invoice for me with 109AUD!! Great.
