      Ethiopian coffee rocks my world..out of stock though… more coming soon!

      The organics are very nice… Versatile and good flavour complexity… Can stand up to milky brews too if that's your thing.

      If you want to try something sweeter and lighter then Nicaraguan is delicious as a filter coffee

      I won't be roasting until next Wednesday and then a week after that you can get stuck into them to allow the beans to degas and develop .. And then for another 3-4 weeks or so after that they will still be great .. If that timeline helps?

      I would love to convert you :)
      A double shot is between 16-22g of coffee.
      So about 45 doubles from each kg.
