  • Has anyone found issues with these staying in your ear?

    • +1

These ones in particular, or in general? Those of the same design are fine for walking. I'm not confident in running with them in my ear. For that, I use earphones that hook on to my ears.

    • +1

Depends almost entirely on your ear shape. I use medium size tips (the default ones) and they're fine for jogging.

    • +1

They fit and stay in my ear just fine, do require pushing in quite far. Jogged home with them with no issues or fear of them falling out.

I… uhhhh thought these were crap too because they didnt fit easily… turns out i've been wearing them upside down. When you're supposed to have the bulk of the unit upright.

      • That's amazing.

      • Best comment of the day contender.

not my proudest moment, it went from a "OMG THIS CRAP" to "I FREAKING LOVE THESE" kind of product within 10 seconds. Anyways bought one thanks OP.

      • I did something similar with an IKEA couch table. The kind where you can slide the base under the couch. It was wobbly, and for 2 years I just chalked it up to bad quality. And then somehow I thought to unscrew the base and turn it around. I felt really stupid.

    • The fit of these are different for everyone I believe. Some people complain about airpods/earpods not fitting well but they fit me fine. My Q32's fit very well and don't fall out when I'm jogging/running.

      • I have 2 diff shaped ears, one side never fits 😂

I'm interested in getting a pair of noise-masking earbuds for my wife to wear wile sleeping to play some white noise to drown out my snoring. BOSE has a pair specifically for this purpose but they are a pricey $380. The hook over the ears and are low profile for comfort while lying on your side against a pillow. Has anyone found a good BOSE alternative that does the same job? Needs to be able to play a selected background noise all night and be comfortable to slep with (low profile) and not fall out so need a hook.

The battery in these last maybe 4-5 hours, also quite hard and stick out a bit so would need to sleep on back.

    • Why not just wear ear plugs?

      • Coz a typical earplug doesn’t magically play white noise?

        • It sure does isolate better than a pair of earphones though.

Soundpeats have fantastic service btw. I got an email a month in checking to see if I had any issues.

I have the Q32's (same earbuds but a case with a cover + bigger battery pack) and they are great. I would get these over the Gearvita ones because I noticed a crack on the plastic on one of my earbuds and SoundPEATs'/Amazon warranty was really easy to deal with.

  • Soundpeats - Does anyone find the sound a bit boggy?

    • for what they are and their price, I find it quite decent and not at all boggy.I also run a neutral EQ or V shaped EQ on my songs.

    • +1

I've got the equivalent QCY T1C's and found the sound pretty damn impressive for the price.

  • Bought one of these last week - for the price they're amazing and fit snuggly in my ears. Really good range and was also surprised to learn it works with Google assistant.

    • How's lag when watching videos?

      • No lag at all on my Pocophone :)

Would recommend spending an extra $10 and getting more recharge time with the case with this one https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B07N77M5XV/ref=ox_sc_ac… instead. OP's one is 15 hours and for an extra $10 u can get 35 hours, so (The earbuds work 3.5-4 hours per charge. The charging case provides 9-10 times full charge. That's the 35 hours in total.)

Thanks for the suggestion, bought these instead.

      • Same here, especially now the OP seems to be $36.99 it means it's only $4 difference.

    • Like the idea of the case having a lid too, but am I missing something or was there a temporary price drop? Showing $58.99.

(I'm guessing this is the link you mean? https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B07JFFPG1Y/?smid=A275AR…
The one above is taking me to the same as the OP.)

The one i posted yesterday seems to be gone.. it was around $40, must be sold out. Right as i was about to buy it aswell hahaha

        • +1

The ASIN now seems to redirect to the version in the OP at $36.99 - mine's been marked as shipped so I'll have to see what I'm going to end up with.

Here it is on Amazon US: https://www.amazon.com/Earbuds-Headphones-Earphones-Ultra-Li…

        • Ah ok. There was a third option showing at some point but it had no images and couldn't be selected. They were probably in the process of removing it.

Looks like a difference of 380mah, 800mah or 2600mah case batteries between them, and the 2600mah ones have a Qualcomm chipset instead of Realtek.

@bamzero: Arrived today, (the case w/ cover version), these things are brilliant for the price - possibly a little better than my MeeAudio Touch/Wave due to the better noise isolation.

        • They're back in stock, "Black New" @ $40.99

  • price is $36.99?

Got mine yesterday. They’re cool. Slight lag when watching videos.
