  • Not sure if this is a deal compare to previous one from other brand or The Sandwich

  • Even now on Harvey Norman sunbeam toaster is 43$.

  • How much difference with those from Kmart?

    • +1

Had a cheap one from Kmart before this. Returned it in a week because of uneven heating - only middle portion was heating up. Temperature regulation was also weird - was burning some parts of the sandwich. I like this better, but each for their own!

      • ??

What do you mean? $19 from your Kmart link.

          How much difference

          $57.57 - $19 =

these things are built like tanks…use ours several times a week and still going strong even after 6-7 years!
makes great toasted sandwiches panninis & wraps but you can also use it for heating pita bread, naan and roti, left over pizza etc.
well worth paying the extra imo..

Give a man a toasted sanga, he'll eat for a day, teach a man to make a toasted sanga and he'll eat forever.

  • I'm pretty sure this is the one I got at Target last week for $59. Normal price too, I believe.

could be a smaller version…there is another smaller model "BSG220BSS".. This one is "BSG520BSS"

I just checked. You're right. It seems mine is the BSG220. Mine seems plenty big for a 2-slice so I'm kinda surprised they have another 2-slice between this and the 4-slice.

I have the older version of this for many years which is larger and absolutely love it ! I also bought the Sunbeam one with the grove and they are no where near what the Breville does in giving an evenly brown crust.

  • Its $59 at BIGW
Edit: Realize it is model 220 which is smaller one.

  • Ordered mine just now there were few other options like one below
    https://www.ebay.com.au/p/Breville-BSG540-4-Slice-Sandwich-P…

    • Have the BingLee offer in post description. I believe Myer's is the cheapest with the code at the moment.

  • checked it out at JBHifi just now for 74$ looks quiet sturdy this one…

    • …like a tank. you literally cant break them!

  • As a reference, I bought the 4-slice BSG540 from Binglee, last August. "Paid: AU $61.20. You saved AU $6.80 with your coupon."

I love it! The BSG540 is now 74.12 (Myer eBay using 20% discount).

Unless you need something smaller, I'd spend more money and get the BSG540.

  • The small one for $40, I think the small one still enough for one set of sandwich.
