Need Advise to Renew an Old Telstra Family & Friends Plan ($10 Min Spend) with Getting a New Phone

My contract(MRO) for the old Telstra Family & Friends plan ($10 min spend & CAP@$39-for up to $400 calls) is now expired and currently on a $10 monthly basis.

This was an old Telstra Plan that lots of OzBargainer jump on board & been using for years.

As we all signup this offer on similar dates/month when it release, a lot of you Ozbargainer should now renewed the contract and got a new phone?

Could I ask…
What did you guys get (ie: which phone & MRO/pricing)?

    how much a month are you willing to spend?
    buy a phone outright

      maybe I wasn't clear…I want to keep this old plan,
      as it's only $10min spent(when needed I could go on & CAP @ $39 with $400 calls/data) :)

      all I wanted to know is what other people are getting when they Renewed this old plan…..

    I think most people have probably moved on (I have). Talk to Telstra directly for what is available.

      yeah, I thought of it but this plan suit me perfectly (with Dual Sim card device) :)

      calling Telstra to would just put on some "standard" renewal offer…
      I am checking if anyone out there successfully renewed this and what phone they can get with it…

      with the previous experience, the phones & deals are varies when calling Telstra,
      some people getting better deals/phone & some just getting "so-so" offers..

    It is unclear what you mean by "renew". If you want to bundle a new phone with a plan, you'll need to go onto a new plan. If you simply buy a new phone outright, your current plan will continue on without change.
