      yep and it goes up and down according to fails reported - but these have one of note.

      pathetic negs dominate this site these days….so why does anyone bother trying to help

      and the 6tb were 112 last year…

        I'd just like to add that you may be right in this case. Toshiba is quite a reputable brand in hard and solid state drives. That said, its not infallible - this range does have a higher than normal one and 2 star reviews which indicate higher than normal failure rates, so its best to read and understand the issues with this specific range of drives before buying

  Aw looks like this deal on the 5TB and the 8TB ended within an hour of me posting =(
  The 6TB has a 24 hour flash sale for $134.29 USD but that's not that great.
  I'll mark this as expired.

  I noticed the deals but just to note all that these drives did have quite a few one, two and three star ratings - please read this before you buy to know whether these work for you
