Thanks love my pair and bought a pair for the wife’s bday.
Thanks for the post. I pulled the trigger yesterday on the eBay sales - $351.20 for Triple Midnight Blue.
Now I have just got a price match from eBay which brings it down to $303. Good deal for the limited edition :)
I'm surprised they price matched despite the different colour! Lucky!
Same - well done!
It's a competition here between this post and this one here

The usual QC35 vs XM3 battle !
Still can't decide if I want comfort, multiple devices connection (this) or sound quality, technologies (1000xm3).
Have you compared them in store? I have tried both the QC35 and Sony xm3 a few times in different stores and always found the Bose sounded better. I think it's personal preference so best to try before you buy.
Yes, I tried them in store. Prefer the sound on the Sony more, I think I prefer the Sony sound signature, as I went for the xm2 instead of Bose, but it was when the xm2 significantly cheaper.
Go for the Sony. The XM3 is very comfortable, much more so than the XM2. Combined with USB-C, superior sound quality and the latest technologies it is a no brainer. QC35II is long overdue for an update, most reviews put the Sony on top.
I asked at two different JB HiFi stores to find out if they could match the price with Amazon AU, but they denied. I was trying to find out if I could get the headphones without having to wait for it to get delivered.
I listened to QC35 II and Sony XM3 at the store, and found Sony XM3s to be better for sound quality. But multiple reviews say that XM3 sucks for phone quality, ie people on the other side can't hear. This put me off from XM3.
I'm concerned if I order and the device i get needs to be repaired/replaced who do i contact ?
It says "Ships from and sold by Amazon AU" - so is amazon itself the seller ? if it is amazon, does this mean that i can expect a reliable company to back the quality of the device?
Aditionaly, will Bose AU repair/replace headphones purchased from here? Any feedback on Bose' after sales service?
I'm eager to buy! Just need to know what to expect if there are issues.
Thanks.
Amazon.ao.au is the seller in this case. So with any issues, just contact them.
Thanks. Bought one.
Wonder if Myer will price match. Can't find these on JB Hi Fi online, nor Officeworks. So if I need this by the weekend, I'll have to try Myer.
Pulled the trigger.
Thanks OP.
Ordered, thanks.
have been looking for these headphones for a long time but finally got it can't wait to use it ta :)
Thanks OP. Lets see what all this fuss is about.
Mine arrived this morning. Amaz(on)ingly quick delivery.
I got my headphone today!
So fast
Did you place order on the 20th?
Yep
Harvey Norman refused to price match this cause the sales rep said "They dont price match with Amazon". However, they price matched the Bose Soundtouch 30 from Amazon during Boxing day sale. It was around $150 below their boxing day price.
Try with a different rep maybe online
Couldn't recommend these more if you intend to use them with more than 1 device, switching between is a breeze and a feature that no other headphones I've bought (airpods, sony WHXM3 things) come close to this convenience.
Got these and noticed stuttering when connected to MacBook, but seemed okay with iPhone? Is this normal? Distance of Bluetooth seemed not even 5 metres?
When im walking in the street it stutters, unsure why too.
Price now $337
395 now.
Got mine!
Review based on few hrs of usage -
1. Excellent build quality, sound and comfortable on the ears for long time.
2. Noise Cancellation - doesn’t cancel out (roughly 90%) people talking but does hide the train noise
3. Pairs with multiple devices - which i find very useful.
Mine arrived yesterday, tested them briefly after work, and pretty happy with them :) They'll be great for my plane trip to Europe and back over Easter. Haven't fully tested the noise cancelling yet… While I was preparing dinner I had them on and couldn't take them off with dirty hands, but my husband was mouthing words to me, pretending the noise cancelling is THAT good eye roll - so I can't test them with him!
I'm a husband and I would have done the same. The man is a comedic genius.
got it :D
