Hi All,
Scoot has reschedule the flight by 3 days with 21 hours transit in Singapore.
They offered 3 options:
- accept new itinerary
- full refund back to my bank account.
- 120% of the amount i paid as scoot voucher.
I request for full refund but they said it will take 6-8 weeks to issue refund, which is disappointing.
already contacted them via email, social media and call center, but still no different outcome.
Has anybody faced same situation from scoot and managed to get refund sooner than 6 weeks?
