Just to confirm what others have said, yes they do call you. And I only got the contest confirmation email AFTER answering their call and going through the 10 minute process of finishing the quote.
A few years ago I applied for insurance and halfway through the process it said you had to ring to finish it. I never bothered, but they already had my phone number, and the next day they kept ringing me, about six times! However, they did stop after I told them I was not interested.
