Scoopon - can not print the voucher

Hi, there

Has anyone had any problem with voucher printing
Few weeks ago I bought two tickets for hunter valley day tour from
Scoopon, but I didn't print out the voucher. I don't know
If I clicked the wrong button or what happened but the print button disappeared, I couldn't see the
Image any more. Already contact Scoopon, no reply for now.

Any suggestions?thanks!

    Yes, luckily I remember my Scoopon number and barcode number. But I still need to print it out for the tour. Sigh! Do not know when they can reply my email. Seems very slow

    Can you please advise your unique ticket ID?

    It sounds like you may have accidentally marked your Scoopon as used.
    This will remove the 'print' button from you account - but don't worry, our support team can reverse this for you.

    I think it is not difficult issue to sort out. The point is how long gonna take! I already booked the tour.
    But I need present voucher to the provider!!!

  • I think this is the sort of thing they do in a relatively timely manner. (It doesn't cost them any money.)

        No, see what happen on monday! they said they will reply all email within two days! Just crap!!!!
        The customer service so bad. If they don't reply email u can not do anything. Don't know if they are real or they exist!!!!!

    Let's see when can I get reply. Maybe I need to ask my credit card provider to get my money back???

    FINALLY they solved the problem!

  • print extra copies, just in case.

  • Guess what? I drop it again but in technical problem, got a new ticket again, that was quick, otherwise I have to keep waiting, before I drop in redeem problem. But I do not think I will use Scoopon again, customer service too bad! If sth happen, it is so frustrating
