Would the same recipes work for cobras and even anacondas?

    Thanks OP!

  • Can you only access it using this website? No PDF download?

    • No pdf it seems. More like a tutorial & hands-on.

Or just copy and paste all 467 pages into Powerpoint like I did…

Here's another python web scraping book in PDF format that I grabbed from a previous post…

      https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/14180/66767/python_web…

Please put it back when you finished as I only downloaded one copy… thanks.

      • Is that a spelling mistake on the title page? "Selnium" should be "Selenium". Doesn't bode well for the book or maybe that was a copy/paste issue….

        • Possibly why it was free. Maybe they fixed it in the new version.

    • Yeah, they recently changed their policy and no longer offer downloadable versions of their "free learning" books. Still good value if they have a topic you're interested in, but I've stopped visiting their free learning books because of this new policy. If you can't download it, you don't own it.

They do still provide DRM-free downloads for things you actually buy, and do regularly have everything-at-USD5-each or everything-at-USD10-each sales, and I have bought many of their books (print and eBook formats) in the past, and will probably continue to do so in the future…

If the book is good at what it claims to be, it should be easy to download/scrape the book once you read it :)

      • Probably but then that's too much effort… :-)
