where can I buy this?

My advice: wait for Wi-Fi 6.
Wifi 6 will take years to adopt…
@Dangit: Three years max for wide adoption for any critical device (tablet, computer, phone, TV). It's still going to give them top-tier WiFi 5 access with MIMO and better routing.
@jasswolf: Nothing wrong to buy it now though. Just upgrade it to Wi-Fi 6 when it is widely adopted.
It took me a few years before getting on 5ghz when it started.
@Letrico: That decision comes down to how many smart devices you see yourself buying over the next few years.
Where do you get AC2600 for $120?
Here is one from MWAVE for $129
Adding a downvote because this is neither the best price for this model, nor anything like a good deal for an AC750 router.
Dont bother buying combo routers. Get a modem to get the network in, then a good wireless solution like Ubquiti or Gwifi. Ill never use multi function modems again, signal is shit compared to a good wireless solution
But then you have to forward your ports as well for some applications.
huh? I think this just depends on your config, in the modem and router, not the application.
You're telling me! I bought this combo router and can't get any internet connection at all …
Boom tish. It is the Canadian model. Different frequency.
Agreed with beigehornet
Once you hop over to the new NBN plans, there is no need for those silly modems that TPG sells/offers
Most ppl like everything in one neat package and not have to deal with spaghetti of cables and power plugs
The Mrs likes my neat package…
nice and small for portability!
This modem is outdated. Not a bargain in my view.
Op should sell this on gumtree and get a AC2600 for the same price. Cut loss and move on.
Archer c7 is similar price and does openwrt, no deal
That's probably because a model like this is discontinued. Horrible deal when AC2600 routers go for the same price, and can offer triple the speed.
Here's my unsolicited advice: take it back.
