Hey all. Kmart Midland WA 1 set left could be nationwide not sure but hope you can price match
Great price RRP is $35 a book
Spotted these yesterday in Lismore NSW so nationwide
RRP is actually $59.99 per book; $35 is Kmart's selling price.
Good deal, but there's going to seven books (I can't imagine how they'd illustrate the Order of The Phoenix into one book), so it's like buying half a box set here …
It is taking two years to do Goblet of Fire. I assume it will take just as long if not longer for Order of the Phoenix. I hope it is one book but I weep for my bookshelf if it is.
I've bought them now. My daughters the right age to kick off the first two and should be able to grow through them.
Love the illustrations really brings the story to life
I agree the illustrations are fantastic .Thinking of getting a set for a 7 year old boy but not sure if he's too young for them yet.
My daughter was 7 1/2 when we kicked off reading out loud to her (didn't leave her to read them herself) The book was good with only really the unicorn bit and the confrontation with quirrell a bit scary. First film was almost too much.
We won't start the second book till she turns 8.
Thanks simbot41 found a set in Victoria Gardens the sale price not printed it only showed when scanned, if you had not posted the deal would never have known about it, so thank you. PS think your daughter is too young remember Harry was 11 before he started Hogwarts 🙃
Ha yeah I do tend to agree and revisiting 3rd book made me realise I will have to leave that a few years yet.
1st book pretty tame
2nd book a little darker
3rd book soul sucking monsters, very dark themes and death of family members. Yeah this one will be awhile in the reading and even longer in the watching
Terrific books.
