    when I checked it was showing out of stock. Probably they were adjusting the price back up and now they've restocked with $438.45

  Ok new price point for regular buyers. As usual. You snooze you lose. If you see it at this price point don't dither. Pull the trigger and enjoy. I want to see what Sony comes up with in September with the Xm4. A few more NC headphone coming in the meantime. More competition. But I think the price point will remain. I'm sure Sony has worked out the money for jam in this market. Having Bose keeping their QC price high has never helped the costs of these headphones. ImO

  Yeah they reduced the price temporarily to get some traffic after seeing addicted to audio sell nearly 900 units.
