Came across this while looking for some oil for 4 stroke motor. Not sure if this is pricing or description error but the title states 1L, 9 pack. So am assuming it is 9 packs of 1 litre oil. Free delivery so am willing to take a chance.

I decided to take a punt to. Because I need to change the oil on my bike, and if I can get 9 litres for $15 I'll be sorted.
Not available for pickup. And, not stocked in store, so paying for delivery is your only option.

If you read the description on the page it states "Special Order - Free Shipping". I purchased and delivery was not charged at checkout. Total was $14.99.

EDIT: Oh it's delivery-only. Sorry I thought it was also click-n-collect. Nobody would have received it yet. I might take the punt too. These 1L are handy, I like to keep 1 or 2 in the boot as an emergency.

I bought some yesterday when it was advertised as a 9 pack however if you click the link now it is for only one 1L bottle so I'm expecting a refund.
On the day a single bottle was $13.99 and 9 bottles $14.99. And the 9 bottle special price was listed under "On Sale"

I've received no picking or postage email either.

I just received email which says order has been packed and ready for shipment.
The invoice also states 8 x 1L so hoping to receive 8 bottles and plan to ring them to get additional bottle as online order still says 9 pack.

Seems rather odd that it was originally listed as 9 pack, on the 4th or 5th of Feb it was changed to 1 pack, then yesterday when I checked it was back to 9 pack, and today it's back to 1 pack.
Sent an email into them with the invoice. Just got a reply and they are now posting out another 8 bottles as I only received 1.
Same story here. 2 bottles received, sent email and got a reply telling me 16 more bottles have been dispatched.
How did you get reply so quick? I phoned them and they gave me an email address to forward my sales email as proof that it was a 9-pack [email protected], still waiting for reply that was 4 days ago..
I filled in the online 'contact us' form on Wed 13th, no reply as yet. Called the 1300-175010 number and the lady told me I can either send item back for a refund,or go into my local store.
Obviously, I want the product ordered, not a refund.
