1) Yes, the 9570 (i7-8750H) model has all 4 Lanes of TB3.
2) No, it's the exact same cooling setup as the previous model(s). I've ended up selling mine, and getting a Razer Blade 15 (base model) as it's a much more capable machine for gaming/productivity.
Is the 9th gen dell coming out yet in laptops? Is that why these are going on clearance?
Just as a warning to buyers:
I had one of the core i9 versions for 4 months and it was one of the worst laptops I have ever owned.
The device get very hot in normal use, it thermal throttles, HUGE battery drain and conflicts I experienced with a Dell TB16 dock made the device unusable.
Dell support was terrible and the 'work arounds' they had me apply to the systems had the battery dying in normal productivity use in about an hour and being unable to put the device to sleep.

Alot of money for essentially old stock.
$2800 for a laptop with a 1050ti in it lol. i'd want a 1070 or 1080 at least.
Thermals get difficult if you want slim and powerful.
New tech on the horizon: OLED version of this & RTX gaming laptops already out.
1) Is the thunberbolt 3 port 4 lanes?
2) Have they fixed the thermal issues yet?
