Haha my Maccas basically seems to be able to provide one flavor of McFlurry a night. Also you might get half a mcflurry or a super huge mcflurry depending on who serves you. So hopeless.

McDonald's head office wouldn't care. The franchisee probably would, but will let it go. I've only had one bad customer experience at McDonald's and that was about twenty years ago when I was waiting for more than 20 minutes parked after the drive through. When I said it was unacceptable (and I believe I said it politely), the employee said, "What. Do you want a freebie?" I didn't.
The best managed maccas in customer service, actually offer me something free when I have to wait too long. That is usually because of their error, where they have gotten my order wrong, then had to wait while it is remade, and they have entirely lost/forgotten about my order before. They say "would you like free drink, coffee, for the wait".
Best 1 ever, any time they made you wait at bay for drive thru order, they gave you a free big mac voucher every time .
I had one time I was ordering some kind of dessert (probably mcflurry) and my order literally dropped off their monitors because it took so long. It wasn't even that busy of a night. By that point I had probably waited 5 mins. I waited maybe 30s more to make sure it really wasn't coming from anyone then walked up to mention it to the counter staff.
Didn't get anything extra, she just made it for me whilst sporting a confused look.

Tip: triple check your bank statement after using the iphone app & always ask for a receipt at the window. The app is buggy.

Yeh app is buggy as hell, just opened it and it said I had made an order today.. Better not charge me for it.
I made an app order, gave them the code. They bring up some random order on the screen and put it through without confirming, it was not my order. They then put through the correct one. They didn't fix it though, got sent to the waiting bay and they were wandering around trying to find who's order it was (it was in part one of the breakfast muffins around dinner time, so obvious it was that order).
Hopefully the person used their real email and got the receipt so they could dispute it.
@Miss B: By give them the code, you should give them the offer code instead from the app. The free McFlurry one.
I keep getting error codes on accounts I created via the website, and MyMaccas won't let me create a new account, even after clearing data. All my old accounts work so I think I've been tagged…
On the app, using a random email, spam the sign up button 30 or so times.
Go back to email address part and change it to another random email.
