Hate to break it to you but Kogan isn't selling brand new MacBook Airs for $1049 like listed in the price error.
Voucher codes are emailed immediately by system.

A few years back I purchased 2 Samsung flagship phones from Kogan, shipped from HK, and they both stopped working at 1 year mark. Wifi would still work but not phone. It was an IMEI issue I think.

I think all this mornings Kogan Pricing error threads should be pulled so Kogan doesnt get free advertising for apparent "pricing errors" on OzBargain.

On the invoice it clearly says.
40% OFF on Our Trending Deals.
Except they basically put whole sitewide item on "Our Trending Deals". Lets be real. They have iphone XR with 40% off as well, have you ever seen an iphone with 40% off?
There seems to be a lot of these "trending deals" on normally expensive items that you hardly ever see marked down by much that was marked down at that huge 40% off. I think it may be a fact that they accidentally applied that "40% off on trending deals" on wrong items. Like that iPhone XR for example.
You unfortunately have zero chance of receiving this item. They the online store by law can weasel out of pricing errors at any time. You might get an apology discount coupon, who knows.
I think you're likely right - though if its marked as sale, and across multiple products - they may be in a sticky situation so may decide to honour some orders just to avoid the PR backlash - wishful thinking maybe!
Its most likely an error that the deal was applied for this phone. 40% is way too deep of a discount for a phone like this.

It doesn't matter. This won't ship to you at all being a massive pricing error. Let's not get your hopes up.

Yep. They can just cancel the order and refund you which often happens with Kogan and pricing errors.
Mine says for dual model grey import adn kogan site says expected dispatch 8th February
I'll let you know if my Huawei Mate 20 Pro arrives tomorrow under a similar likely price error. I paid $4 to expedite things.

I got 3 vouchers. though they didn't say anything about refund..These vouchers aren't in lieu of a refund are theythis is the past history of kogan price error practice

Listing a wrong price is not customers’ mistake. It caused misleading info so Kogan has to honour the deal.
Kogan could refund the money but who is gonna it refund our time?
I agree and wish it worked that way but in the past when this has happened they just issued $25 vouchers to refund your "time"
Kogan does not have to honour the deal, they are not legally required to. Its make no difference if it wasn't a customers mistake. Learn a little bit more on consumer law.

I'm not aware of any such law, companies are allowed to make mistakes… HOWEVER, Kogan have made a simultaneous mistake on several products at the same time which no longer looks like a simple mistake. The ACCC may be interested.
End of the day I don't really care as I ordered a phone I don't really want anyway (but can offload for a profit if I receive it), otherwise I get free vouchers, as is Kogan's normal policy so it's WIN/WIN without resorting to messy tactics.
Estimated dispatch day for my note 9 is tomorrow apparently, here's hoping

Don't mean to upset you but the Note 9 512GB was showing for $839 for awhile there.
Was able to show them a screenshot at officeworks and they accidentally gave me the 512gb one for around $600 with pricematching. Happily taken.
