i'm sure ss would jack up the price to cover the low postage.
how do we search for history price?

    • +2

Just did a google cached search on 16gb micro SD above for $23+$1 delivery and previos price was $19.95 + delivery.

Definately jack up the prices to jack off the customers.

      • +2

        Definitely dodgy indeed!!

it's happened in our daily promotion before, if you missed it you have another chance. Please note all promotion prices are lasted for limited time only.

All prices will are back to original web price after promotion ended. So, please don't miss the deal before the price "jack up"

        • +3

yeah jack up + rip-off postage!!!
too bad i know your tricks

        • Wtf. That neg is so bad I don't even want to touch it.

      • Just did a google cached search on 16gb micro SD above for $23+$1 delivery and previos price was $19.95 + delivery.

The same 16GB card was $24.85 on April 10

It is now $0.90 cheaper and the postage is only $1

So you are getting the SD card delivered for $0.10 more than the cost of the card 2 weeks ago without delivery

        POWERevolution

        http://www.shoppingsquare.com.au/p_272_Pavo_DK3198B_51CH_Div…
This is an example, the DVD player is on promotino @ $29 and going to "jack up" to $37 (original web price) after promotion.

to make sure there no "jack up" (based on POWERevolution definition, or "Promotion expired" based on Ozbargain definition). order it before the Promotiono expired.

So, POWERevolution, no worry, there is no trick here.

      • always dodgy

    • hi POWERevolution

      To search for history price.
did you try staticice or shopbot, you should able find the current prices are same or lower than 1 or 2 days ago before promotion (both web site take 1-3 days to update the store price)

    • i'm sure ss would jack up the price to cover the low postage.

It does not look like it, things are cheaper or the same price.
Nothing listed in the deal is more expensive

      Sandisk 16GB microSD $23
      Was $24.85 - April 10

      $39.95 - April 17

      Asus O!player Media Player $119
      Was $128.95 - April 17

how do we search for history price?

      Google cache

The 8GB Sandisk MicroSD is the same price $9.95

Class 2 in photo, Class 4 in text

Prices jacked up for dodgy "$1 shipping" offer, not a bargain.

    • +1

infinite, can you give examples? The above evidence seems to prove otherwise for most items.

      • edit - disregard

    • $24 is around the lowest I have seen a micro SDHC 16gb maybe you can compare it with statice ice?

The prices do jump around a lot. But if you watch carefully there are good bargains to be had.

I was after a desktop PC for the kids already had the monitor, keyboard & mouse (the old PC had finally failed). Was after good value but for the money I ended up with quite decent performance too.

    The deal in March 2011 was PC ($499.95) + Windows Home 7 Premium 64-bit ($108.95) + $6 Delivery = $614.90

Current price for PC alone is now $699

PC Package (2GB memory was in the ad, but it came with 4 GB):

APUS AMD 645 Core 3.10GHz Budget Gaming System- 1TB
    - 1 X AMD Athlon II X4 Quad Core 645 CPU
    - 1 X Asus M4N68T-M Socket AM3 Motherboard
    - 2 X Kingston ValueRam 2GB DDR3 1333MHz for Desktop
    - 1 X Western Digital 1TB WD10EARS 3.5" Hard Drive 64MB Cache
(don't need a big HD for this kid's internet PC)
    - 1 X Sapphire ATI HD5670 1GB DDR3 Video Card
    - 1 X Samsung 22x SpeedPlus Serial ATA Internal DVD Writer
    - 1 X Widetech WT6016B Mid-Tower Case 500W PSU
    - 1 X PC System Assembling, 1-Year RTB Labour Warranty

So it pays to get on their mailing list, watch & wait.

  • so which are class 2 and which are class 4?

8gb microsd with adapter vs no adapter?
16gb microsd with adapter vs no adapter?

    all class 4 now???
