Bose customer support has been over a month to get backto me on my falling apart version of this. Rubber falls off and now the unit died inernally. Wont function at all. Even when it worked, the call quality was crap. music was okay. I expected more for the price tag. Expected more from their customer support. Rubber issue is very common.
