Yeah you're right about the size thing. I still thought this was decent :)
8 packs of this = 1kg @ $16. You can get it at Coles/Woolies for $15 for 1kg when on special, with longer use by date. OK deal if you plan to use it up quickly, but I find coffee does lose it's freshness over time, even in these sealed packs.
woolies has the 1kg for $15 from tomorrow
Lazzio beans (medium roast) from Aldi for $12/kg

My favourite "real" coffee. However I dont drink much and still have some from the last Coles Special. It keeps well in the fridge. Good to know small packs are available on special from time to time.
I think the one at supermarkets for around $7 would be 250g not 125g. Also coffee tends to be on special regularly at Coles or Woolies. I have a 500g pack of this I got for about $7. Also have other brands like Vittoria, various blends that regularly get marked down 40 or 50%. This is a good deal though.
