These paintball deals are all BS. I laugh at the people who actually pay that $45. Its just a sly marketing trick to get people into their centres.

  • paint balls are too expensive.

  • how much r the extra balls and upgrades?

i bet its like $80 total

      • interesting as they just made $4500 pure profit (the other 4.5k goes to the host site)

  • Yeah extra ammo or gun 'upgrades' are very expensive.

  • This paintball pass gives you:

    Free equipment hire
    A free semi auto gun
    A free lunch

    But no paintballs.

Brisbane's deal is donuts, not paint ball…

and ACT + NSW isn't around Australia.

FYI, cost of paintballs for MOP paintball sites:

    http://www.ministryofpaintball.com/australia/paintball-sites…

Man, are all paintballs made out of genuine HP printer ink or something?

    • At 3.2g per .68 caliber paintball, that's 0.64kg in 200 projectiles for $50, or ~$78/kg.

Not sure how much actual paint is in each paintball (there's the shell, then the density of the paint…) but estimates have put HP ink at ~$700/L.

  • This price does not include paintballs.
I almost bought two this morning before I read the fine print.

  • Be honest upfront with your marketing rep

Rock up, buy NO paintballs, and just run around yelling "bang! bang!" and using your imagination.

    That'll teach 'em!

what about just drop by, take the lunch and go ? not bad for $1 maybe sandwiches hahaha lol

    • +1

wish you could do that… they won't take your booking unless you prepurchase 200 paintballs for $50 :)

  • Too costly for paintballs

  • shocking deal once again, fine print should be larger on this one
