          @strid: My TP Link white has been in the cupboard for six months. With colour bulbs you have the option of a cool or warm white. I often set orange, and late at night on the PC I will set a dimmed red for that submarine feel.

    People get non compatible smart products going via Home Assistant and other similar. Buy a couple of Echos and a Google Home and you can enjoy the world of compatibility, with all devices.

  BTW, these don’t require a hub and they were also $24 from EB a while back.

  Might be worth waiting for the IKEA ones as they are not far off.
