Does anyone know how long after you do the survey you have to claim the chips and drink? I know you have to do the survey within 3 days but can't see anywhere how long you have to claim it

You don't have to do the survey at all ;)
In Sydney CBD they check sometimes and refuse to honour if the code is invalid or receipt over 2 weeks!
Also heard that you don't need to do the survey - all codes are 5 digits, begin with a '5' and must be divisible by 6; eg. 56424
edit - but I don't condone this and it really only takes 30 seconds to do the surveyI read from the AMA that it just has to be divisible by 3, and doesn't have to start with 5.
The 'begin with a 5' might not be true, because two surveys I've done this week started with '2' and '0'.
But both numbers were also divisible by '3'.

You don't have to do the survey. Just write any five digit number on the receipt and they never check. The only time I was declined was the chick check the receipt and said it was beyond two weeks.

I did the survey once in the past, took a screenshot of the code (showing the KFC logo and all) and saved the pic as a favourite. Each time I go to KFC, I just show the screenshot. Worked about 300 times so far, failed twice when the store managed insisted “that the code should be written on the receipt”
Most stores don’t care, they don’t even input the code on the system
recently they changed their receipt layout, you need to write the numbers on the receipt now.
Says 15 days, but they don't check. Also you don't have to do the survey within three days either.
