This was always sold around $59. Nothing special about lighting deal..

Thanks was just going to buy I'll hold off.

    • That was special pricing for Boxing day that I had to push quite hard for and they are unlikely to be that price again.

I haven't got the headphones myself. From an Ozbargain search they have been around this current price point a few times before give or take a few dollars, so they probably will again, I guess the question is whether that price appeals and whether you need them right now!

Anyone got any feedback on how good they are please?

any chance the wired taotronics anc’s willl be available soon for a bargain? i’m flying soon and it would be sweet to get either. i bought the bluetooth taotronics, (which i love) but found out they are out of sync with the movies i want to watch on my laptop and i can’t use them for the ife.

        • I will try and get a deal for at least one of them a bit later this month :)

          • @xev: excellent! it’s the earbuds i’m after.

        • If you watch the movie in VLC you can change audio sync.

I can't comment on these but I have the TT BH22 and I'm quite impressed with them for the money. ANC is okay not great. Bluetooth connection to my W10 laptop has a very slight delay when watching videos. Other than those two minor niggles they are great value for money, they sound good and the battery lasts a long time on a charge.

      • Watching OOS movies is one of the most infuriating things

        • Yeah, my Plantronics Backbeat pro 2 that I paid $200 for is also out of sync when watching movies and playing games, so I only use my wired headphones for those purposes. If these $60 headphones are in sync, I would be very interested in giving them a try.

@Polypterus: For movies, download the free VLC media player (it's also the best media player out there imo, and has a standalone version so you don't even need to install)
Once a file is playing, j and k keys delay or progress audio sync in 50ms increments. Voila!

            • @richox: Doesn't really help with Netflix or other legitimate streaming services.

    • I have some BH047's that I bought a couple of weeks back. I have only used them for games so far, but they work well. Noise cancelling is good for $50 headphones. Battery life is good. They're fairly comfortable - although if you have big ears then you'll find them less comfortable.
