Interesting… I assume this is factual. I prefer Moccona (where instant coffee is concerned) and am actually having a cup right now.
Seems quite nice IMO, better than many other options within the general category. But to the point, you have noticed a difference… was better in the past? as in LONG ago or more recently?Cheers.
A measured and calm response, unexpected from Chris Farley
lol, I'm assuming you are referring to the real Chris Farley!
@[Deactivated]: Yeah!
@Bellpop: I appreciate that Bell'
Thanks for clarification/all the best for 2019 :O]
@[Deactivated]: Wait, who are you? I just assumed you were hiding here while you faked your own death and now I find out that you are not the real Farley?
@Diji1: Got a great laugh out of that! - cheers.
That would be because he's had his coffee ;)
He's probably talking about the "new and improved aroma" Moccona which is shit
I don't remember, however this espresso one is shit, IMO. Pretty sure it's mostly robusta beans and was gross last time I tried it, would not buy thid again. Other "normal" moccona is fine but I actually really like the new Nescafe Intense, got 3 big jars a few months ago when I found them half price in IGA/Foodland, I'm out now so been checking for a special again.
Its this price for all versions or levels whatever way you look at it
I assume this is factual
I assume you haven't been paying attention?

Apparently not!
Will have a look at the links, cheers for that!
Pity it now tastes horrendous
Of all the flavours Moccona offer, only the classic medium roast (the number 5) was tampered with, and now tastes…just weird.
I think this happened around 6 months ago.
The dark roast (8) and espresso (10) remain unchanged. Hopefully, there will be no attempt to "new and improve" these.Classic medium roast (the number 5) was the only one we liked and bought that for about 20 years until they tampered with it.
Our initial reaction was to tip the coffee down the sink and check to see if the milk was off.https://www.productreview.com.au/p/moccona-classic-medium-ro…
Excellent 9
Good 8
OK 6
Bad 19
Terrible 738The first of the 9 people that gave it 5 stars said
"Speaking now as a shareholder in Nescafe , I don't think Maccona could have done a better (or is that bitter) Job of updating that smooth rice flavour to the sharp earthy unpalatable "modern " flavour we needed, five stars to the marketing department , I hope there are plenty of bonuses being dished out."Please don't bring logic, truth, and rationality to this argument. This is ozbargain! :)
Espresso Moccona FTW.
Moccona instant coffee is market share #1 in Australia 2018 as far as I know.
People like the jars.
yeah I just buy it for the jars and throw the coffee away, they're amazing for cleaning paintbrushes and storing the turps for use again
Fifteen bucks for a jar …
@Diji1: People sell empty jars on ebay and facebook etc
The missus will decorate them and stuff like that
Mmm! God damn, Jimmie! This is some serious gourmet sh%t ! Usually, me and Vince would be happy with some freeze-dried Tastless Choice, but he springs this serious gourmet sh%t on us! What flavor is this?
This comes up as cheap as the aldi brand coffee, based on price per 100g
Only one i have seen cheapest if the robert timms that comes down to $2 per 100g on specials sometimes
Officeworks price beat could bring it to $14.25
Pity it now tastes horrendous. Coles Fair Trade all the way.
