    I lost my Twitch Prime subscription when Amazon moved my Prime sub to Australia which I only used for the Twitch freebies and Prime Video.

    I suspect the problem is that Twitch is connected to my Amazon.com account, which is still valid but has Prime for Amazon.com.au.

    Son has been trying for 2 days to get Twitch Prime without success, error message is useless and support so far can't solve.

    Just thought I would put in my experience linking Prime with Twitch: It turns out that when I first setup my cc I didn't input a billing address, putting it in afterwards didn't work, I had to remove and re-add it. Support suggested this, though they pointed toward another payment method, for me the same cc worked.

      I've tried this and haven't had the same luck. Wish I could get access to all my Prime features… I swear to god they've ripped me off for 3 months of twitch games I could've gotten. Support can't even help me.

        I am having the same issue, originally worked when I was only with PrimeVideo; but since I've switched to Amazon AU Prime I can no longer get TwitchPrime subs.

        The first thing support told me to do was to re-enter in CC details; it didn't work for me unfortunately. I've logged a ticket and am still waiting for a response from the backend/developer team. I did manage to get a $10 credit since it still hasn't been resolved after complaining it's been over 2 months and still no resolution.

          Yeah I've cancelled my Prime sub. I'm avoiding amazon for the foreseeable future. Lemme know if you get some success with it.
