  Amazon used Fastway to ship my last 2 shipments which never arrived, so I won't be bothering with them again unless/until I can confirm that useless company isn't involved with the shipping.

  There's are reasons for their shocking reviews:

  Also had 2 Ebay shipments go missing shipped using them. In all instances I was refunded by the sellers, but clearly there is something wrong with Fastway as 100's of other orders/shipments were delivered ok to the same address, using other service providers.

    Ask Amazon to ship to a Auspost locker or parcel collection location and they'll ship using Auspost

    Yeah Fastway are useless.
    All my Amazon orders have come via TOLL

      My earlier orders for Kleenex were delivered using Toll which arrived fine, but the last two made in mid November were sent using Fastway, and they're still MIA.

  More about FASTWAY:

  Was just across the road one of Fastway’s offices. Ordered protein from Amazon and tracking showed Delivered and signed for by some made up name that don’t exist in the office.

  Called their customer service and they gave me the courier’s mobile number. Tried ringing but guy kept rejecting my calls so I texted him about my parcel. Minutes later, parcel magically turned up at reception. Dodgy thief trying to steal mine and couple of workmate’s parcels. One has already been opened.

  Made a formal complaint but never heard back from them. Impossible that they delivered the packages by mistake to a wrong address as we are just across the road from them.

    Yeah, I'm quite certain they have thieves subcontracting as delivery drivers working for them.

    Mistakes do happen. I had a parcel delivered to my house but it was meant to be delivered to the house down the road. I delivered the parcel to the correct address.

      That's what I thought after my first delivery went MIA in November. When the 2nd didn't show up I Googled reviews and found the link above and found 1000's of others in the same predicament.

        I've had heaps of deliveries from Fastway and never one missing but I don't post about it online. There are two sides to every story.
