Im looking for a cheap laminator a4 which is highly rated and works well,i was going to grab one from kmart but see online they dont have any or sell anymore but yet still sell pouches for them which seems silly.
I believe aldi sell them but only when they get them in.
Anyone deals going around just want for the odd document and few things to still in pocket.

I had one of the Aldi ones and it worked well and lasted ages until someone borrowed it and laminated a run of 100 or so certificates in a single sitting and then forgot to turn it off. The heating element still worked but the roller mechanism didn’t feed the paper through.
I would recommend one of theirs. They usually have them in their back to school catalogue which will probably be in about 2 weeks time, or thereabouts, if you are not in too much of a hurry. I will be looking to replace mine, which was actually an A3 sized laminator.
Ok cool I could wait a few weeks what was the price do you know was this a3 or a4 and can you use it still to do a3 if you buy a a4 one. Is the pouches from Kmart worth buying for Aldi ones are needed?
The price when I bought mine was about $30 I think. It could do both A3 and A4 sized laminates. A3 is bigger than A4 so an A3 laminator will do A4 lamminates but not vice versa. You can buy pouches from lots of places. Different laminates are of different thickness and quality and therefore will have different prices. It doesn't matter where you buy the pouches from - just make sure they are suitable for your laminator and your needs.
I see Aldi have the a4 laminator for price how does it compare to others of say similar prices,have never owned one but was thinking of grabbing one from Aldi and pouches also, when I run out of pouches who do you recommend I get them from I take Kmart ones would be good and cheaper than most other places.

Anyway, all the A4 laminators I have used will smell like burnt plastic eventually. Got 3 different brands at work, all cheapies, all still working, does the job.
If you only need to use it once/twice, you can get the $20 one at Officeworks and return it later.
