I follow A Mighty Girl on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/amightygirl/) and they are always recommending excellent items for girls (and boys!!) but all the items they recommend must be shipped from America/OS. Does anyone have an online Aussie store that sells quality educational kids toys?

I'm not sure if this online store will have what you are looking for or how their prices are, but you could look up The Bendy Beanstalk
This is the online store of a family who have a You Tube channel called Life with Beans (2 young parents and their 6 children under the age of 8 (including triplets). They are in Western Australia.
Kidstuff is the closest I can think of for educational kids' toys
