[Switch] Starlink: Battle for Atlas - Collection Pack DLC - $57.47 (Was $114.95)

90

If you've recently purchased Starlink in physical form for your Switch, but realised that if you wanted to collect all the extra ships you'd be living on the street, this DLC might be what you're after. This includes all the ships, guns and pilots that have been released for the game in one digital bundle for the price of 2 physical ships I believe.

Also available are the digital standard and deluxe editions of the game for $59.97 and $74.97 respectively if you prefer that over physical

        There's more than one?

          Millions of them.

    • How do I just get to the front page of the store? I’m on holidays and there’s some other stuff I want to buy.

      • Unfortunately you need to search for each item individually.

      • Unfortunately Nintendo Australia hasn't made a from page or search function, they only link to select titles, you can still access any game/dlc/bundle but have to get the url yourself.

  • Geez. Having bought a starter pack and one ship pack for $63 this gives me buyers remorse.. I think.

Except that the main quest seems really short. Not sure how good the post game is.

    • Yeah, finished the game in a few days, nothing much to do afterwards. Might pick it up again in a year if they keep adding more content packs. But as it is, it’s a very short game.

      • Yeah I'm kinda torn whether I accept physical then just sell. It might be better that way as it's cheaper than $75 after selling the physical gear off.

But I wouldn't mind getting my hands on Eli and kharl just to get the upgrades that require them, and maybe the levitator (might as well buy the ship pack).. Which with the starter pack and nadir then adds up to $92. Im guessing id get $60 back when selling.

But then if wave two comes out (and its supposed to) all that is a PITA

  • So glad I waited. I’ve been eying off the starter kits at EB Games and Amazon. Bought the digital deluxe and with the gold points I had, it only cost $46!

    • I know what you mean. Definitely cheaper right now on digital. I went for target physical $45 starter kit and a few ships $19 each and pilots $5 each. Bought mate starter kit for Xmas too, gonna share the toys. Probably sell them when we finish.

  • For the same price you can get the Digital Deluxe Edition on the US estore, comes with the game itself and all downloads, US$39.99 is about AU$57. I'd bought the starter pack from Target for $44 but took that back and got a refund and purchased the digital. US sale runs until the end of the year, I got my US store credit from Play Asia though there is a deal for US$50 for $45 with PayPal that somebody linked to before.

    • Yeah, but a lot of people, like me, like the physical cases. Couldn't care less about collecting all the generic ships and pilots, but the Arwing and case are worth the physical plus DLC for me. Especially when the game itself was a Christmas present

      • That was my original thought… but then when they wanted $57.47 just for the digital ships I just decided I didn't want to spend $44 for an Arwing… close call though.

Anyway even if you want to keep the Arwing its worth grabbing the US digital deluxe edition as well rather than just the ships in my opinion, gives you the option to play without the cart and its the same price as just getting the ships anyway.
