  • If you're after the Google Home itself and dont really need the Loft Battery, consider this deal: $129 delivered from Google, and you get YouTube Music Premium until April for free: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/416929

I personally think that having the Loft Battery base would be darn useful though.

Or if you only want GH itself: Good Guys Ebay $103.20 c&c with code PTGGS20. Ends 19/12.

I personally know that having the Loft Battery base is darn useful.

I got mine nearly a year ago and it's great being able to move it around inide/outside the house.

DJ's Perth had the loft in all 3 colours. Bought the white one with GH as I was looking for a battery base to use outdoors. Works really well, fits perfectly and looks just like a slightly taller GH. Great value with the GH.

  • Thanks OP!

  • Where's the best place to buy just the battery?

    • EBay have them for around $80 and you could use P5OFF at the checkout for another 5% off.

      • $69.95 (white) at JBHiFi as the OP said.

  • Anyone else having trouble with their effing checkout? Every time I try to pay they add another base at $79.95 even though the cart shows just home and the free base gift. I've cleared cache, tried 4 times. Can't c&c either despite stock being available. Little wonder this business is at the crossroads.

Not just you; happening to me too

      • I'd go into a store but would like to get the 10% cashrewards cashback, esp after wasting an hour of my time with the mess they've made of their checkout programming.

        • You could buy both. Then get a refund on the unwanted battery pack if you're bothered to go to a store to refund.

@kerfuffle: Yes, that's what I was thinking. Let them sort the mess out and refund me.
