    I too have bought from this seller and have found the phones are actually refurbished/second hand when advertised as new. My advice would be to stay away from this seller too.

  I suspect that they are playing with words and it may be a 'sealed box' but unlikely to be an unopened factory sealed box.
  Most likely it will be cleaned and inspected second hand phones sealed with generic or fake accessories

  I have one of these, they have a fault generally appearing after warranty runs out, a bright pink vertical line on right hand side, not software related, do some research.

  I have just returned and claimed a refund from this seller due to misrepresentation. Item is listed as "new" and sealed in box, but the tamper seal was broken and not retail packaging. Retail packaging always has the barcode/model/IMEI stated and this did not display any.
  I would exercise extreme caution and buy only with the above in mind.
