Turns out they are using the same code as last year when I used it for my phone. Use a different eBay account or check out as guest and code works. New dishwasher sorted.

Bought an Philips iron using click and collect, but immediately returned it at counter because I was so “lucky” that I happened to get the “inspected-by-staff-last-in-store” (clerk’ s words) one which its box was all marked and dented suggesting it’s a returned item in my opinion. Although the box clearly showed history of usage, I didn’t even bother to take pics as evidence.
Has anyone had or heard similar experience/cases that they put returned items for eBay orders? This is my second experience, the first time was not so obvious so I collected my order. I remember seeing another similar case from somewhere. Please be careful with dodgy click and collect items…
