you couldn't go swimming with the old model, this one is better
You would hope a toilet seat is waterproof… Just saying
Do you have any other model with a dryer function?
I’m looking at this one: https://gearbest.app.link/vPpYgKVEIS
New model. Looks good. Any deals rep?
No English stickers on this one?
The previous deal from Gearbite says with stickers.. so hoping this one is the same ;) was waiting a long time to pull the trigger on this one. Thanks!
Have english sticker.
Has the sticker quality changed? Been holding off as people's reports say they are more a cream colour.
@kulprit: I bought mine around August, the sticker colour is not quite as white as the unit itself. But it doesn't look out of place and I believe the original sticker is not an exact match either.
http://imgur.com/q9CAUtV@lemonato: Thanks, that looks pretty good
Rep, any chance for a xiaomi robot vacuum deal before eBay code expires?
If not you can use this to translate it http://imgur.com/YpyOYDa
But it should come with one, it's good quality just make sure you line it up correctly when applying. You can see my unboxing and installation here https://youtu.be/_zY-URVqkGY
Enjoy your new throne, can't believe scrubbing your arse with some paper was the norm
Wouldn't take that long to learn like 10 Chinese characters would it?
For myself and family - yes. For guests - better have a backup :)
I might s
hit out this deal.Piss off with the puns mate =p
Does a non-waterproof toilet seat exist?
The only thing that holds me back from this is the requirement for an AC outlet. If they made one with a little turbine on the water pipe, or with battery power, I'd buy one tomorrow. As it stands, I don't have any AC outlets behind my toilets, and I don't like the though of sitting on something pulsing with 240V and a ready supply of water.
$150 or so and you too can have a power point in the toilet….
It wouldn't be pulsing with 240v. It would have a transformer that converts 240v AC to something like 12v DC. You can't get zapped from such a low voltage.
And where do you think that transformer is, Nicholas Tesla?
Yep thats prob what holds most people back. The hassle of getting an ac outlet installed next to the toilet. Battery would be a good option
Buy a UPS and you will have an Uninterruptible Poop Seat :)
This is one example of bidet without AC power. I'm not making a recommendation as to this specific one, just giving you a general example. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/DUAL-NOZZLE-Hygiene-Water-Wash-C…
hi guys,
I have been holding off, to buy this one as someone mentioned in previous deal that they are not Australian compliant- and if 'something goes wrong' - it will not be covered by home insurance.
Can anyone comment on it?
Also what are the approximate installation charges?
Anyone from Brisbane installed them?Cheers
I really want one. I thought it was plug n play? Do you need to pay an installer and what is this AC power outlet?
Then its illegal for this ebay seller to be selling them….
what happens if the user is doing a #2 and engages the water cleaning function at the same time
You get a wet turd
Choc smoothie
Dunno about you guys but I got better things to spend $200 on lol
A waterproof toilet seat the perfect gift for the guy in a ladies life.
More sh*t deals
Already bought the toilet paper from amazon
Can get this for $21 from overseas?
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Xiaomi-Smartmi-Smart-Toilet-Seat…
Seems like a pricing error. But being ozb, buy now, think later
$15 now lol 1000% guaranteed a Scam!
But 100% positive feedback!
39 people can't be wrong can they?eBay money back guarantee. Ordered, you never know, may be a liquidations sale. Nothing to lose.
@muzzakus: Yeah but you lose return postage right?
@furyou: Free postage
@muzzakus: Plz let me know how it goes :)
I saw a warning that you might need to deal with bio security clearance and all.. and gave up the idea :) had to pay around $200-250 last time I had to deal with bio security.
I also rolled the dice
I ordered just for the hell of it. I got an email from Paypal saying the item has been shipped, no tracking info though. I'm not getting my hopes up though until something arrives…would be epic if it does.
@redrum22: I expect atleast +2 if a genuine unmolested crapper seat arrives! Lol
@redrum22: anyone get theres? hmm
@richmond12: Nothing yet, however the estimated delivery was between Jan 8 - Feb 13. The item is marked as sent accordingly to ebay (and I had received an email confirmation at the time), but I can also see that the user is no longer registered on ebay. I'm not optimistic, but for $15 we'll see…
Anyone get this? Got a package waiting to be pi ked up. Find out tmrw…
@NKB: Still waiting, mine marked up to 22 Feb. As mentioned above, seller has flown the coop. Still Most likely a scam, or possibility of crapper seats being from the back of a truck. The wait continues.
Did anyone get this? I got a package waiting to be picked up….. find out tmrw.
Anybody can comment on a AU certified lid like this? https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/LIKELIFE-Electric-Toilet-Bidet-S…
Seems to have more buttons for the toilet geek too.
The 1.2 litre reservoir has me wondering if this one needs filling up manually. Can't see a mention of plumbing connection for water. I do like that it has warm air though. Also this is $212 on Amazon
Do these have sensors with a motor to open and close the toilet seat?
Thats the new version supposedly, as has the wifi to know when the lid is up
This need electrician? I thought just a power plug.
Package Include 1 x Smart Toilet Seat with AU Plug. Free English Control Panel Sticker.
Thanks, but it says it needs licensed electrician, I don't understand why.
Does it need both hot and cold water connections or does it heat the water itself?
It heats by electricity.
What is 450-505mm? Is that inner to outer of toilet seat? Doesn't fit my toilet seat
also holes 116-178, mine are 188, i mean….? how accurate is that diagram?
What does the hot water plug look like? Is this an interjunction connector?
Stay all the time in hotels across asia that have these. must get.
So is this better than the one that absorbs water?
