Anyone knows any good deals from a reliable broker which can provide refinancing deals on investment property (interest only)?

Hi all,

Newcastle Permanent and firstmac have good IO rates currently, but their credit policy can be a bit tricky to navigate.

If you're looking at refinancing to an interest only facility you will have to have a good reason for doing so - from a responsible lending point of view there needs to be justification.

Each bank has their credit policy and niches they are good at.

Just saw the news today that apra is removing the 30% limit on interest only loan threshold on banks. Does that mean it is relatively easier to switch to interest only from Jan 19?
