Well just tried to buy a greeting card and the UPGRADE40 code isn't working even though it's meant to work for all cards. Their live chat was useless

I spent half a hour logging in loading photos for mugs and finding my way through the design process and then they added $6 for delivery. Ok what if I order 2, and delivery doubled. What a joke. Try to contact them, 4 or 5 pages of did this answer your question dribble. These guys can take a hike. KMART $7 ANY PHOTO LAYOUT AND NEXT DAY PICK UP. And real people to help and open till 12 every night till Xmas. Snapfish can snapsuckit.

I ordered a tone of photo books and photo frames from a wedding tonight- all codes worked and it was super easy to do once you get used to the interface.
