The problem is that because it's a new plan, they don't really know the T&C's of the plan yet which is what I have found many times in the past. It is an upgrade if you're going to a higher plan and it costs more, 75c more in my case $45(40.50 Inc 10% discount) to $55($41.25 Inc 25% discount), it's a higher plan and it costs more.
